Thaumaturge is an ancient Greek word meaning the bringer of miracles; which, appropriately, is the name of this collection of herbal remedies formulated from natural ingredients. Historically, the name was given to the early church leaders (thaumaturgist) men chosen to shepherd the church family - as a title meaning those who perform miracles. These men were healers both toward physical and spiritual disquiets. They represented Christ, yet amongst us.

Thaumaturge as a word embodies the spirit of healing to bring wellness to troubled people. The logo is made up of a fish, moon and star. The moon and star represent a guiding light in darkness through the power of Christ symbolized in the fish or ICHTHUS, an ancient sign embodying the concept of "Iesus Christos Theou 'Uios Soter" (Jesus Christ, God's Son, Savior). The Thaumaturge logo represents Christ's light in a time of darkness -- healing for the mind, for the soul and for the body.

Thaumaturge as a word also has a darker side (sometimes used by the mystics) but a Thaumaturge eclectic remedies deal only with light -- dealing only with what is pure and what is godly.
